    On this registration, the age given ( 50 ) is incorrect.

    In July of 1889, Stephenson was 48 years old and 3 months and 5 days old.

    Of no particular interest ,other than “D’Onston trivia” is the fact that:

    A. Had he been discharged one day later in 1889, it would have been exactly one calendar year from the date that he entered the London Hospital the first time.

    B. He spent a total of exactly 208 days out of 364 ( 57 percent of an entire year )days in 1888-1889 in the Hospital.
